Terms of Service

These terms summarise how I work. Every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal that takes precedence over this page.

Scope and estimates

Work is quoted against a written scope. Anything added after sign-off is estimated separately before it starts — no silent extras on either side.

Payment

Fixed-price projects run on milestones, typically 40% to begin and the balance on delivery. Retainers and hourly work are invoiced at the end of each period.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included per milestone. Further rounds are billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Ownership

On final payment, all custom code and assets produced for the project transfer to you. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences.

Confidentiality

Your data, credentials and business details stay private. Case studies published here omit client names unless permission is given.
