AI & Automation
AI Web App Development
Production apps with LLM features that hold up under real usage — streaming, retries, cost control.
Available for new projects · Nigeria — working with clients worldwide
I build AI-powered web applications, Shopify automation systems, scalable SaaS platforms, API integrations and cloud deployments that help businesses automate processes, improve efficiency and scale confidently.

About
Most of my work starts with a business problem: something takes too long, breaks too often, or nobody can see what is happening. The stack comes after that conversation.
I am a full-stack developer and AI automation engineer based in Nigeria, working with founders, Shopify brands, agencies and small SaaS teams. Day to day that means designing, building, deploying and then maintaining the thing — I am not interested in handing over a demo that nobody can run.
A typical engagement looks like this: I ask enough questions to understand the process you have now, write down what success means in numbers, then ship in milestones so you see progress weekly instead of waiting for one reveal. If a feature is not worth building, I say so before invoicing for it.
I am comfortable inheriting other people's code. A lot of my work is diagnosis and rescue: figuring out what is actually broken, documenting it plainly, and fixing it in stages so the business keeps running while the repair happens.
Services
Fixed-scope projects, milestone builds and monthly retainers. Every engagement includes documentation and a handover your team can use without me.

Production apps with LLM features that hold up under real usage — streaming, retries, cost control.
AI & Automation
Task-focused agents with tools, guardrails and logs, so you can see exactly what they did and why.
AI & Automation
n8n and custom pipelines that remove repeat manual work between your apps, inbox and database.
Commerce
Theme work and custom sections built for speed and conversion, not for a template demo.
Commerce
Order routing, inventory syncing, fulfilment notifications and reporting handled automatically.
Engineering
Typed, componentised front ends with clean state handling and no mystery re-renders.
Engineering
Well-documented endpoints, sane error contracts and versioning you won't regret in six months.
Engineering
Third-party services connected properly: auth, rate limits, webhooks, idempotency, retries.
Data
Postgres schema design, row level security, auth and storage set up the safe way.
Data
Realtime data, auth and functions for apps that need to ship fast and stay cheap.
Data
Schemas modelled around how your business actually works, with indexes that match your queries.
Data
Email, OAuth, roles and protected routes — implemented server-side, not faked in the browser.
Delivery
Real measurement first, then image, bundle and query fixes that move Core Web Vitals.
Delivery
Inherited a broken codebase? I diagnose, document and fix without a full rewrite.
Delivery
Preview environments, environment variables, domains and zero-downtime production releases.

Testimonials
Anonymised by request — roles and business types are accurate.
“We had inventory drifting between two warehouses for months. Shedrack mapped the whole flow before writing code, and we have not oversold a single unit since the sync went live.”
“He inherited a codebase two developers had already given up on. Instead of pushing a rewrite, he documented what was broken, fixed it in stages, and kept us shipping the whole time.”
“The AI support agent actually says when it does not know. That single decision is why our customers trust it — no invented refund policies.”
“Clear scoping, realistic timelines, and no surprises on the invoice. He told us one feature was not worth building, which is not something contractors usually do.”
“Our weekly reporting used to take an analyst most of Monday. It now runs overnight and the numbers reconcile across every source.”

FAQ
It depends on scope, but most engagements fall into three bands: focused fixes and integrations from around $300, full builds such as a dashboard or automation platform from around $1,500, and ongoing retainers for teams that need continuous work. I quote a fixed price after a short scoping call so there are no surprises.
A bug fix or single integration is usually two to five days. A working MVP with authentication, a database and deployment typically takes two to four weeks. Larger platforms are split into milestones so you see progress every week rather than waiting for one big reveal.
Yes. I work with clients across Europe, North America and Africa, and I keep overlapping hours for calls. Async updates are written, not verbal, so nothing depends on catching me live.
Yes — order routing, inventory syncing across locations, fulfilment notifications, supplier updates and reporting. I work with the Shopify Admin API directly and use n8n where a visual workflow makes handover easier for your team.
Yes, with a strong preference for grounded, tool-using agents over open-ended chat. That means retrieval from your own content, validated output schemas, spending limits and logs you can audit.
Yes, including preview environments per branch, environment variable management, custom domains, and CI checks that block a broken build from reaching production. Docker-based deployments are also fine.
That is a large part of my work. I start with a diagnosis and a written summary of what is broken and what it will take, then fix incrementally so you keep shipping rather than freezing for a rewrite.
Yes — payments, CRMs, email providers, logistics and internal systems. Integrations are built with retries, idempotency and proper webhook verification so a provider outage does not corrupt your data.
